The TBM App: The TBM app is an accessory to our website membership platform which is accessible via web browser on desktop or mobile. For uninterrupted access, we recommend relying on our web browser version. Some members using Androids or older phone models may experience periodic glitches or pauses within the app or mobile browser. TBM reserves the right to deny cancellation requests based on app or mobile downtime, as content is readily accessible by logging on via desktop web browser.

Additionally, your membership must expire before you can re-signup. If you have a current membership you will be charged twice if you purchase another plan.
